While we conduct regular property inspections throughout your tenancy to maintain the condition of the home, there can sometimes be disagreements about the deposit at the end.

To ensure a fair resolution in such situations, all our deposits are protected by The Deposit Protection Service (DPS). The DPS is the original Government authorised Custodial scheme, protecting over 7.2 million deposits since 2007, making them the largest provider of deposit protection schemes in the UK.

This independent service provides a dispute resolution process if any challenges arise with your deposit. The DPS assesses the evidence from both parties and delivers a neutral decision, free from influence. This Deposit Protection Scheme is completely free to all of our tenants.
